Check the pressing side of your Cut n Press tools.

    I like it a lot,

BUT - the measurements/grid do not match my square rulers. And I checked it with three of them.

So - if you are using this grid for pressing and making your blocks be "exact" - check it with your squares/rulers before thinking you did something wrong.

I found that measurements on different brands don't match up. Who'd a thought it?

I just checked mine with all my rulers and it seemed to match up.

I never use the rulers on my mats. The only thing I ever use them for (ok I know, I just said I never use them) is to line up my fabric so it's straight and then I can make sure when I cut it's a perpendicular line.

I can't even use mine for that. The lines are crooked. Course it's in pretty bad shape after years of use so maybe it's time for a new mat. I don't really like the cutting side either. Yup, time for a new mat.
