I think that's wonderful. My hubby goes to the quilt shops with me most of the time. He likes to talk to and tease the other ladies. He also enjoys telling anyone that will listen that he doesn't sew, but helps me choose colors.

My DH doesn't have an interest in quilting, but is supportive of me and the time and money I spend on it. He is a fantastic woodworker, though, and has built a beautiful cabine for my sewing machine. He built me a nice cutting table many, many years ago, too. I mentioned to him several months ago that I think I want a different sewing table, and he told me to draw it up and he'll build it! Maybe a should take a break from quilting and get to the designing a new cutting table!

Have fun with your hubby! Can't wait to see picture of the project.

Sure is a big plus when they embrace your hobby, as long as they don't try to take over what you are trying to do!! terrt

My husband doesn't do any quilting but he is so good at color and design. I ask his advise all the time. And he is always giving me great support and appreciation. He's the best!!!
