Just wanted to share my experience ordering with this company. I placed an order this morning using Paypal. I didn't see anywhere to put instructions concerning my order, I like to be contacted if something is unavailable. When I received the confirmation email I noticed an address for making contact and sent a message asking to be contacted if anything was unavailable. Within 10-15 minutes I had a call from John letting me know everything is in stock and will ship quicker than I expected and I should receive my order within 5 days. Now that is great customer service!

I have bought from them also. I usually get rotary blades from them. They are the best price around. Those things are expensive at Joanns or anywhere else online.
