Janome HD 3000

I am looking for a heavy duty machine that can handle quilting and braided rugs. I am looking at Janome HD 3000 as a Janome dealer the only dealer within three hours from my home. Any suggestions? TU

While I don't have a Janome HD 3000 I do have a Janome 2012 & I love it. It does everything I have ever asked it to do. It even FMQ's like a dream. I don't think ya can go wrong w/a Janome.

My suggeston would be to take something that you is the weight you want the machine to be able to sew and go try it out. I have an older Bernina and it will sew anything I can cram under the foot. Some machines won't make a stitch if what is under the foot to too thick.
