My foot controller has two buttons--one stationary and one that moves. I cannot get a slow speed. I feel like I have to push it to the floor to get any movement at all--which is full throttle. Can these controllers be adjusted or do I need to order a new one? I feel like I have two speeds Zero or 90.

Check with Billy....Lostin51...I think there is a way to fix these...but you have to be very careful...lots of small parts that are irreplaceable.
