It is gorgeous! I love it! It is Moda Northwoods Botanicals by Holly Taylor. Now, what I would like to know is what can I make with one jelly roll? Can I make a quilt and if so, approximately (taking into consideration there will be some waste) how big would it be, not counting sashing and border? Can I make a table cloth to fit on an antique round oak pedestal table (square table cloth) - 36" in diameter and we do have two leaves - 12" wide).

Thanks so much. Edie

So with the leaves in, the table becomes an oval 36" x 60", right? And with a 6" drop, that would mean your finished cloth would need to be 48" x 72".

Hmmm...I haven't done one so someone else will have to tell us if a jelly roll will make something this size.

Do a search on here and you will find lots of lovely quilts with Jelly rolls. I'm not sure how many they take, but you could do the math and see how big a quilt a jelly roll would make with just one. Maybe lap size. Good luck and show pictures of what you make.

I made a cot quilt out of a jelly roll and had a centre pannel of about 11 inches

Sometimes it depends on how many strips come in the jelly roll. The one I got at walmart was big and when finished it fit the top on my queen mattress.
