I get two flyers each time...one because I am enrolled in the "teacher" program and one because I have gotten it FOREVER! The first names are different because one has my "legal" name on it and the other has what I go by. I got the 25% off coupon in the mail on my "teacher" ID, but I didn't get one for simply being "me" and a 20 year customer...strange.

When I do go in there stand at the front door for flyers is usually empty so I never use there coupons. Hope for business sake this does not happen to a lot of people and hope the new owners do a better job.
I don't know why the flyers aren't getting to you, but your emails may be being blocked by your server and you wouldn't even know it. We switched email servers at work recently and all of a sudden we figured out that we weren't getting all of our emails...and some very important ones. It caused a LOT of problems. Anyway, our technician started researching it and sent us a link to the main server. I logged onto it and found several important emails...including some from Joann's. (Well, they ARE important to me!) Anyway, now I log on and check there at least once a week. I don't know how they classify SPAM, but they are not doing a very good job of it.

WHEN WAS DEPT MANAGER IN THE FABRIC DEPT. AT WALMART THE ONLY REASON THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE LIKE THAT WAS BECAUSE ONE STORE HAD NOT DONE THEIR PRICE CHANGES. I WOULD SAY THAT IS THE REAL REASON.

I got a coupon in Joann's for the 25% off last weekend. I also got one in the mail for preferred customers and I got one emailed to me as I get their e-mails and participate in customer surveys. Maybe this might help? I'm sure they will be doing it again. Also, you can double your coupons if you sign up for the mailed flyer and emails. I can't tell you how much I have saved by doubling the coupons. Just pay attention to the ENTIRE bar code on all the coupons. If the bar codes are an exact match on the 40% off coupons, you will only be able to use one not both. For instance, the last flyer had 50% coupons from 3/13 to 3/19 I believe. I used my email and mailer coupons to get two items 50% off but I couldn't use the store coupon I got during a prior visit and the flyer coupon. I hope I explained this okay. PM me if I didn't. Thanks and have a great day.

My flyer had the 40% off and then I received the 25% off coupon in the mail. The store also was handing out coupons when you made a purchase. I did buy some Keepsake fabric and got the 40% and then 25% off the total purchase. Also purchased a new cutting table that was on sale and received the 25% off! Was happy about that purchase!

The store I visited in AZ had 25% off of total purchase and the Calico's fat quarters were on sale. I did not purchase the fabric but took advantage on the 25%! I think it was called family and friends or something like that.

Does everyone know if you belong to a quilt guild you can apply on line for a card that gives you 10% off all the time? Go to their website at the bottom under Customer Service and click on Discount Cards. It gives you all the info you need. It's great - I use mine all the time and it doesn't seem to matter if things are on sale or not. :D

Was at Jo Ann's today; only fat quarters were on sale, not the bolts of fabric.

All of the fast food restaurants are like that and even some grocery stores because their land costs more in different places, they have to pay higher wages for emploees, a lot goes into the pricing of food. We have 3 grocery stores here, same chain and different prices at each.
