I stopped at one of the JoAnn stores Friday evening - and asked about the coupons -

This is what one of the clerks told me - that there are three sources for coupons - and that they all have different bar codes, so that a customer could use one of each type at one time. A quote from her "it's one way around the system"

The sources she mentioned: the newspaper, the internet, and e-mail.

She didn't say anything about the flyers - are the still being sent?

I haven't personally tried it.

Klue you can sign up for the fliers and then get them too. But you have to have it scanned every so often or they stop sending them and you have to sign up all over.

thats the problem, it costs me $5 in tolls to drive to joann's so i do 99% of my joann shopping online.

it saves me time and what i spent in shipping is what it would cost in gas and tolls.

A catch is that if you are signed up to receive the flyer in the mail, you can't also receive the internet coupons. (unless you jack the system and use a different email or name). My daughter gets the internet ones, and has never received anything in the mail. Just the opposite for me.
