Default Juki F-Series Exceed Owners

Hello all. I'm Walt and new here on the board. My wife Peggy just bought a Juki HZL-F600 Exceed. Some of you may have seen her post on other threads (azure68). Anyway, after getting it home and going through the manual, neither of us could find any info on where to oil this machine. All it mentioned was cleaning with a brush. So anyway, Peggy contacted Juki and they did respond with this:

"The Juki F-Series Machine was greased from Factory and does not require oiling as compared to other machine. I would recommend when you clean the machine in the bobbin case area you place a drop or two as indicated on the attached picture. Should you have additional questions you may contact me at the number below.

Thank You for Buying Juki"

Since he said "F-Series", I would imagine this likely goes for the F300 and F400 models too. Just thought I'd share in case anybody else wanted to know. w-

Thank you for this info. My hubby bought me the F600 for Christmas! I'm in love! I was wondering about the oiling.

Oh, thank you! I've had a F300 for around a year and was looking up maintenance info on it when I came across your post.

I have a drop-in bobbin Juki and have also wondered about oiling. It's starting to make noises. It's going to be an expensive proposition if I have to take it in to be oiled twice a year. With my old Singer, I could see into the area with moving parts, but not so with this machine.

Yup. Juki now makes their machines sealed and not needing the regular oiling we are used to providing our previous machines. My longarm is a Juki 2200QVP and it only needs one drop of oil on the hook, every other bobbin change. Be sure you do that, tho. It wont sew as well if it gets dry.
