Last week we had a sew-in to make quilts for the people of Tuscaloosa, AL. To make a long story short, it was supposed to be filmed for the news on Tues, but they forgot about us and did not come until Thurs...well, everyone had been told to come out and help on Tues..so come Thurs we scrambled to find more people...I got my two sons involved and they had a great time...tonight it was on OKC channel 4 news....it was great!
I wish I could find a video link..but alas...nothing thus far....I have had several PM's of people who saw the report...must say they edited to death, but was still good...
if you get a chance to see, I am the lady with the pork rinds they guy wants to steal...and my two sons are the ONLY men at sewing machines! :lol:

Darn, I always watch Channel 4 but went to bed early tonight. Sometimes they broadcast repeats on the early morning show. Will watch then. Congrats.
