I recently purchased a new OLFA cutter from Joanns and received a dull blade. I contacted OLFA's customer service and they quickly sent out a new blade.

That's good to hear! With another posting about buying dull blades at Harbor Freight, it makes me wonder if there wasn't a really bad batch that went out all over the place. Good that Olfa stepped up to the plate.
