I just started one. I have been collecting the fabrics for 2 years. and had issues with trying to place them in the correct order to blend. So last weekend I just started cutting my strips and sewing them together, and now as I am sewing , I still look at them and wonder if I placed them right. But it is pretty.

I've done a couple of full quilts, there are pictures & tutes here on the board that I've posted in recent months. Just go to picture & look for french braid table runners. Same in tutes.

I made a French Braid Christmas tree skirt last year. It was much easier than I thought it would be.

I love the french braid quilt pattern, it is on the to do list. So many ways to lay it out, for me though, the color shading may be a problem.

The color shading is my problem, too. So, for the first time, ever, i bought a jelly roll to have everything coordinated. Then I bought matching yardage for the sashings and bindings. So far the braids are done..and I really like the way the colors blend.

I have made the french braid from Eleanor Burns method. Great pattern to use scraps too.

I made one at Retreat last year and made three extra runners so they will be table runners possbly for gifts. Love making them.
