Default Kaffe Fassett quilts

does Fassett have individual patterns or only books and fabrics?? I must make two modern quilts for my friend's daughter's sons. whew. she sent me a couple of photos with quilts with gray background and essentially strips of different fabrics sewn into rows. she is sending two 'sets' of batiks.
I can figure things out but would prefer a pattern close to what i must make.

Kaffe Fassett's quilting books contain the patterns for the quilts in the books. I haven't seen any individual patterns.
They're not necessarily modern quilts, but they do use his fabrics, so maybe that makes them modern.

thanks, that is what i thought. shame on separate patterns though. so far i can't even find a site to see what is inside his books. i would like to know that before purchasing. I liked African Collage. triangles of all sizes made of strips. Interesting.

Ditto what Dunster posted however I have seen several patterns by other designers specifically geared toward using KF fabrics. For example,

http://www.springleafstudios.com/p/patterns.html

https://www.craftsy.com/quilting/pat...n-kaffe/199663

I'm sure there are lots of others - - -

Your description sounds a lot like this quilt. You could easily do something like this using KF fabrics.

I think you could make any quilt have a modern look using his wonderful fabrics. I haven't seen individual patterns either.

Try your library for some of his books.
