Thanks Bebe I saved it and was wondering if I can make copies of it to pass out to guild members. I think it would come in handy for any level of quilting.

They are a quilt guild in Idaho. If you go to their website at http://www.desertsagequilters.org/ there is contact information and an email link. I would definitely ask them before handing out their work to your guild members. You would expect the same of them, would you not?
