Does someone have a suggestion where I might find some simple beginner (11 yr. old granddaughter) quilt kits. We just finished her 1st one which was purchased several years ago at JoAnn's. I have checked online and they don't seem to have any. I also checked Nancy's Notions. Thank you in advance. :-)

I was going to say Yellow Brick road also...very easy, very forgiving and very nice when finished.

    I have done these:

I have done January - June and have July and August waiting. It helps me with different techniques since I have only been quilting about a year or so.

Thank you all so much for the suggestions. I will check them all out. Don't know why I did not think of eBay - I purchase other items there. Trying to find something with larger pieces so my granddaughter doesn't get too discouraged. She is very enthused about quilting.

I checked the link cminor posted, there's some really cute kits there and the prices are great. I wish we had Joann's in Canada!

Why not just a 9 patch to learn seam allowances, pressing ect with fat quarters or the D9P?
