I am getting ready to make a label for a baby quilt. The quilt is for my friends grandson, and is from her, but I have machine pieced and will machine quilt it. How would you do the label.

my thought is: For _____________________
a gift from Grandma _______________________
machine pieced and quilted by ____________________
Nov. 2010

Any other ideas?
