Hello, and welcome to the board. If you mean lap quilt, they are just smaller versions of other quilts. Fewer blocks and thus smaller in size. :lol:

Or are you talking about a weighted lap pad for a child with special needs?
Or the waterproof pads you lay down before changing a baby so in case they pee while a diaper is off you don't have to change EVERYTHING?
