Bless you and so sorry for your loss of your brother. Darien will have the love you put into making the quilt to comfort him.

Gosh he looks so much like our grandson who is also autistic. I have been going to make him a quilt out of his tshirts as he always likes the ones with goofy sayings. Didn't know if he would like it now I hope to kick it in high gear and get it done!! Going to be hard with spring just around the cornor tho. Don't do much sewing in the summer. I like to garden to much

Sorry for your loss. I have worked with autistic children for some time now and each is a joy in their own special way. Your young man certainly must have a sensitive nature and kind heart. Sending by best to Darien, you and the rest of your family.

How sweet and rewarding for this young man. You did a good thing by giving it to him.

Obviously your quilt is speaking volumes where words wouldn't help.

I have always known, especially since joining this board, that women who quilt are so special. They have such warm hearts. The comments made on these two threads I have posted have proven this to me again. I love my quilting family. Thank you all. Donna
