There is a next generation Disappearing Nine Patch that is terrific. It is Called Magic Twist I believe. Google Magic twist and it will com up. Looks complicated but very easy.

Easier ones are in a book called "Big Block Quilts " not a big heavy type book . I don't have it here right now so can't write the author. Might be a suggestion to look for it. I'm like Iclang I think it was --as far as my fabric.
I don't think of them as scraps but I don't have as much as others call yardage. Today my charity group was
getting rid of small piecs and told me not to look at the garbage pail. They did give me a bankers box of scraps
which I intend to sew using a foundation quilting method. Hope to get some muslin from Fabriclands big sale
that starts tomorrow. Fabricland in Canada =Joanns in USA
