heat n bond LITE ; steam a seam LITE; wonder under; and pellon paper back fusable are all commonly available and used by many, been around a long time. some work better than others...all work well as long as you follow the instuctions pertaining to iron heat and time to adhere. always make sure you purchase the LITE fusable when planning to sew it down...the heat n bond and steam a seam have medium and heavy weight fusables...those are NOT SEWABLE...next to impossible to even get a sewing machine needle through. and some of them will 'gum-up' your needle. I keep a small square of white flannel saturated with machine oil next to my machine then when i notice the (ball) of fusable building on my needle i can use the cloth and clean it off before my thread starts breaking.
