Default what kind/design of quilt to make out of these blocks

I got a garbage bag full of quilting squares at a yard sale. There are probably 20 different kinds of colored squares/blocks with the same design. I have taken a picture of six of the different colors. They are have 6-12 each of the same color. What kind of quilt would you make with this block design?

I would sew sashing in between each block, sew them together so many across and down, depending on how big you want it, add a thin border, then a wide border about 5 inches. That would be simple and go pretty fast.

If they are all the same size, you could cut them in 4 and use them as 4 patches. Lots of patterns use 4 patches.

I would also probably cut them.

The fact that one has dark corners and the other 4 light, i think i'd put that one in the center on point - the others at top, bottom and sides on point and fill in with squares & triangles in another color. I had to smile...i have 3 of those fabrics in my "scraps" ....they have been in my stash for quite a while as i bought a bunch way back when.

I recognize the fabrics from the late 1990's.

Very pretty quilt luana. Sometimes you need to make a few more block to fill in any color gaps.

This was what I was thinking too--cut them in quarters and you have 4 patches. Also alternating some cut in half, and all together you would have a cute scrappy quilt.

I like both suggestions above. Just do whatever appeals to you.
