Somewhere I saw a free pattern for an art supply tote pattern but I can notfind it now that I want to make it. ( Sound familar?) The bag was large enough to carry an unfinished canvas and had lots of pockets for art supplies. Does anyone have a similar pattern or know whick one I'm referring to? My grandaughter is going away to colleage to study art and this would be a perfect gift for her. Thanks for your help! I love this board and the terrific ideas and help that everyone is kind enough to share with others.

I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for but if you go to Joanne Fabrics website and look under Projects then click on Quilting/Sewing, there are lots of totes. One pictured looks large enough to hold a canvas and supplies.

I saw something like that, too. Called a quilters tote? or organizer? try doing a search using those terms and see what you find.
