I'm interested in making a 4 patch diamond quilt. One with vertical rows of 4 patch diamonds and vertical rows of plain diamonds. I know I've seen a few in the pictures section. I've looked for a pattern, but can't find one, and am wondering if anyone knows of a pattern, or has one to recommend.

I maybe should have titled the topic Diamond four patch. I have done a google search and looked in my books but can't find a pattern for a diamond four patch quilt.

I don't quite understand what you're looking for but at the risk of sounding silly - try this - Make any 4 patch and set it on point on background fabric to give diamond effect, otherwise use 4 diamonds, one top, two side by side and one at bottom will use 4 patches to make a diamond!!!
