    ....I think husbands of quilters are probably the best kind....they have to be patient and love cooking, know how to bring up the children and keep a house tidy !....well maybe I'm living in dream world but my husband is a real star at the moment...he has spent the last few weekends sorting a bedroom out so that I can have a really versatile sewing area. I now have 10 power points where there were just 2...wardrobe has been taken out, new carpet fitted and new storage going up...the stair head has been stripped back to allow space for a cutting area. It is only a small room just 11"x 11" (houses in the UK are normally pretty small) but it will be mine all mine !!!!!

    Congrats. That will be so nice for you. Quilter's husbands are usually good guys...thanks goodness! I have niece who lives nears Bristol.

    Yep he's a keeper...you will have to make him his own special quilt for all the nice remodeling he has done for you. Your room is going to be so fantastic onces it's done. Be sure and post a photo for us to see it once it's up and running..

    Great room! Great helpful DH too! I never ask DH to do any redos of what I want in the house, he'd do it but do it his way. I found a great book that solved all. It's called the Yellow Pages.
