Default My Daisy Stuff

This is a simple daisy flower pattern. You MAY give this pattern to anyone. You MAY NOT sell this pattern as I have placed in public domain. You can make multiple quilts plus with this pattern. I have made 3 quilts for girls ages 3-10 years. Dress boarders with just the daisy flowers. Wall hangings for my friends and family. There are sew many options. Let your imagination carry you away.

Quilts
Everything from Grandma’s Picket Fenced Garden to Daisy’s All In A Row.

Stems were made of bias tape that I made using actual bias tape for the width of the stems. I personal like using the wide bias tape for the flowers. Flowers were put together like a Sunflower. Petals first and then the center to hide all the joining seams of the petals. Use from 3 petals to what YOU desire. There is no stuck in the mud about your project. I even used one petal to signify the end of the flowers life adding a packet of seeds for the recipients to plant for the next summer.

Dress borders-- Mostly One Daisy – standing tall in front with several wrapping around the skirt of varying heights and colors. Again with the bias tape sized stems.

Wall Hangings -- Again let your imagination run wild. There is NO WRONG DESIGN.

1000’s of other beautiful art work of your design and choice. Make it to please your eye.
Do you want a picket fence? Use 21/2-inch strips (lengths will vary with your quilt). Triangles are placed at the top before cutting out the pattern to keep the fence pieces even when cutting and it also saves one seam and much frustration if the two pieces do not line up.

Sew them straight or fold the petals over. fold the stems around to simulate the wind blowing. Think about the wild flowers and how they sway in the wind. Then transfer that image in your head to the quilt you desire

Most Importantly HAVE FUN

When uploading this pattern I saw a square body with a circle head and long stretch arms. How about what you see in it?

Do you have a picture of it in a quilt?

Unfortunately I never took pictures of anything until I saw some of the pictures on this site. I'm not working this pattern right now as I am doing my Cop quilt, still trying to figure out the Cop Stable Picture, and doing 2 girl quilts and 1 boy quilt.

I will be taking pictures of each project from now on.
