I am enjoying this little guessing game. My baby is in the shop now and hubby is picking her up tomorrow after his meeting. The repairman/shop owner is returning it tomorrow if he has to order parts and we'll send it in when the parts arrive. As much as I miss the cutter I can't have the machine gone for two weeks.

It might be awhile before I announce the winner, but I have already picked out the prize!

Keep those guesses coming! Closest without going over!

It would be wonderful if it were still covered under warranty! I've had lots of trouble with mine on my Baby Lock. :? Best of luck to you.

I am going to guess "no charge" because I'm hoping they look in and say "Oh, this gizmo needs a little assist - there, that's that", no charge!

this is the exact reason I have a back up machine, I wouldn't want to be without one. I say $119.00 but hope its not

since my repair shop charges $80 just for you coming in the door, I'd guess $125.00

It is $75.00 just to walk in the door then add cost of parts and then labor. Might bet as much as $100..... Just a guess.
