How about making covers for a pocket calandar. Or little zippered cases.

There is a tutorial for braided hot pads for the table, table runners would also be nice, purses sell well, and there is also a tut on a kleenex box cover that is really awesome. Those are just the things that popped into my head. :)

Here's a picture of a tote bag I made using the lil zipper bag pattern and expanding it.. Used 2 &1/2" strips instead of 1 & 1/2 . The original pattern is at Moda's website under "Bake Shop"

Holler if you have any questions or if there's anyway I can help.

Think about baby items, especially if you have an embroidery machine. Blankets, bibs, burp cloths, simple quilts. I did personalized burp cloths for my daughter that she saw on Etsy. Now all her friends want them! Also casserole wraps, embrodered kitchen and linen hand towels for guest bath. Napkins, placemats, table runners.

Check the Tutorial section. You will find some great patterns for good sellers in there.
