There are quite a few men on board and they do a fantastic job. Tell him to go for it. We'll cheer him on.

I am a man and I quilt. There I said it. I am retired from the USAF jet engine mechanic, welding inspector in the construction field and have made four quilt tops to date and working on more. Quilting fills my mind we all kinds of ideas and keeps me busy after I get home from work. Better than TV. So get busy it is something anyone can do some better than others but that is the same with anything. This is a great place to learn. Look thru the pictures there are several man quilters with there wares.

LOL, my husand is macho like that too. He loves to go to quilt shows with me and will buy me anything quilting realted that I want or need. He comes in my craft room often to check out what I'm doing, seems to love it when I ask him to help cut but to actually make a quilt, NO WAY, thats a girl thing.
