We had our annual Indian Summer quilt show in Fargo the weekend of Sept. 16th & I got to meet spartan quilter aka Margeret from central N.D. She had inquired about the show & we decided to meet up in person. Now I know who she is & she knows who I am. If the pics work you'll be able to see both of us in front of the quilt I entered.

Margeret's on the left & I'm on the right

I named my quilt "Creations" for all the things my uncle made

Lasting friendships occur when one meets their alter ego. I met one at the quilt show at Madison Wisconsin earlier this month and we talk every day now and are sharing our lives. We are sisters tied together by threads. There is always room in our hearts for another friend and sister.
Enjoy each others friendship.

Nice pictures of you both and your lovely quilt. Great to see you had a chance to meet and make real life friends.

What beautiful work and so many memories. I have the fabric for a wedding quilt for kids, but not sure what the best picture printing fabric would be. Would you mind sharing?? Anyone else have input??? Thanks.
