Flying Geese
#1
I am trying to learn how to make flying geese and I cut them correctly, sewed them according to instructions but no matter how I try (even pin on the seam) when I open and check my seam the point is always off. Can someone please give me some suggestions.

There is a way to make them using only squares and 1 seam. The tute is on Youtube. If I can't find it, I'm sure someone will know it. Found it!

It was mention here on the board that long arm quilters have difficulty doing their job if you use this type of flying geese.

Here is the other method that uses only squares and then when you cut after stitching, you have perfect flying geese, with the 1/4 in extra for the point to come out right when the blocks are put together. The video will explain it better.
