No way I am touching my fabric scissors to test this, but the kitchen ones are getting dull....

What I want to try is the fabric softener,
Using the stuff you spray in the dryer not only makes me itch, the scent gives me a headache.

It does work on scissors. I've used foil to shapren scissors and punches for years. That and wax paper to unstick them.

Here is another thought...if it will sharpen scissors, what would it do for our rotary blades???

Thanks! My mom is allergic to the dryer sheets. I'll try the aluminum foil ball on her clothes.
