Well, its not quite done yet...will bind tomorrow....i'm doing two out of the same materials for my cousin...she wanted a floral (watercolor) heart and she bought the material so I made an extra little something for her out of the leftover... I will post pics as they get done....will quilt the other one tomorrow and bind them so maybe on sunday pics!

Maybe even tomorrow if I get left alone! Saturdays are usually not a good day for me to get things done quilty... its company in and out the door and DH home too! LOL pesky people! LOL

ok...I know this is the wrong section for pics....but gonna give you a sneak peek! This is what i did today...this is her extra gift ....

First time doing this pattern... so not perfection for sure...but I am happy with it and hope my cousin will be

The cross is beautiful. just curious--how did you manage the floral border? That really sets it off perfectly.

I just cut 2 inch squares out of a floral and a background and laid out the pieces til they looked good! LOL I did have to fussy cut a few of them but for the most part I just used what got cut from the strips.
