threading problem

I LOVE this board!!!!!
Iwas sewing a quilt for my GD and stitching along like mad when my upper thread broke. It did this 3 or 4 times when I remembered something I had seen on the board by others.
The tension setting was off just 2 tads! I reset it and (schazam!! No more problem!!
