This sounds like a wonderful retreat! How long is it?

Our LQS sponsors one twice a year; it's coming up the first weekend in October and I can't wait!

Have a great time!

I'm excited for you. How did you learn of this retreat ? I live in Carrollton, Ga and think Dillard Ga would only be a couple of hours away at the most......look forward to hearing about your retreat, what you learn and how much fun you will most definitely have !!!!

Honeybee Quilters have had a retreat the first weekend of Feb in Jacksonville, FL every year for the past 21 yrs. It is from Thu-Sun and they have local teachers and national teachers. Eleanor Burns has been there twice. It costs $225 that covers most meals, tote bag, ice cream social, bingo, strip poker (2 1/2 strips) and one 3 hr class. There are many other additional classes to choose from. The hotel offers special rates.

How'd you find out about this? that's on I would have gone to. If you need directions, let me know. My kids lived in N GA and we found the quickest ways.

Don't forget to give us an update when you return home. I'm very excited for you and know you will have a wonderful time at the Dillard House (yummy chicken & dumplins). I too would like to know how you found this retreat. Enjoy!

That sounds like so much fun! Twice this summer my 2 best friends and I took a long 'sewing/quilting/knitting/books' weekend. We're addicted.
