question about transferring quilt design

question about transferring quilt design

I have several of Elec. Quilt's Quiltmaker cds of quilting designs.
Is it possible to transfer one of the designs from the cd to a thumbdrive instead of printing it?
I know it's probably easy but its just not working for me.

I don't have that cd but you should be able to if the files are image types (gif, jpg, png). Just open the cd (you can right click and click explore) and then right click and copy the file to the flash drive. It's possible that they are a proprietary file type that will only work with the program and only print from within the program.
