Hi everyone" I am looking for patterns to make mugmats" have you seen these things ? they are sooooo cute! and I am thinking they would be great little gifts to get started on for next year. If you have any idea's or know of any patterns I would love to hear from you"

You can start with any paper-pieced or foundation-pieced pattern in a 5-6" square and when you're done, just quilt and bind it.

Patterns are really easy to find and you can print them out at a good size for you from larger or smaller blocks. :)

I used orphan blocks. I just added batting, backing, quilted and bound. So easy, fast and used up odds and ends around my sewing room:)

It does not even have to be square.I just gave away a couple that were tumbling blocks variants, to made look like presents.
