Great design wall. Nice spot for all the Boyd's Bears too!

I have pocket doors on my sewing room which is great, but no room for a design wall, until I hung command hooks above the pocket doors and hung a Fon's and Porter design wall there. I can take it down when not using.

I love the design wall what a great idea. I took a flannel backed pc of yardage the length of my shelves & folded along one edge & placed grommets there. I then can use shower hooks & place over my shelving to protect my fabric ( from sun & my families prying eyes. ) I ame able to use a lint roller to clean the threads off it.

I never thought of using a lint roller to get the threads off the design wall. What a great idea!

My favorite quilting item, hands down, is my LA followed closely by my Bernina. I have really low ceilings in my home so a design wall wouldn't work too well for me as most of the quilts I make are queen size. I use my guest bed instead, it isn't perfect but it works and gives me more surface space than my low ceilings would allow with a design wall.
I am envious of your roll up design wall.
I use a peg board to hang all my rulers and tools. The shelf unit is super cute, but in my case, it wouldn't be as functional for me as the peg board. I have one in my LA room as well to hold all my templates, stencils and rulers as well as odds and ends. Do love my pegboards. They aren't near as pretty as your shelf but they are incredibly fuctional and practical.

Both of these are really beautiful! I really love both of them and want them!

I am especially taken with the pull down design wall. Could you share where you got it? Thank you.

I used my garage wall in a house or two because I did not have enough wall space.

I love your use of cup hooks. Everything is so easily seen.
