Just picked up the new Janome 7700. Been talking for some time about how my savings were first for some updates in the kitchen and then I was going to get a sewing machine with some bells and whistles. DH has been telling me for a year to just go out and get a new machine. I'm glad I waited. The new kitchen floor has been in for two weeks and then I went to look at the 7700. Wow, I think this machine does everything but make dinner. Am looking forward to trying all the stitches etc. Hope it is all it is cracked up to be because the savings are gone. Have to start from the beginning for something else. But that's the fun of having a goal.

You will love the extra space under the 7700 arm. Makes turning and twisting the quilt so easy.

COngratulations. Hm, you'll have lots of time to save now because you will be tied to your new toy. No movies, no dinners out - - - Saving? Easy-breezy.

The best thing about waiting is now you can sit and sew and not feel guilty about what you just bought. Who needs dinner when we have sewing to do :)
