Default Sewing machine tention

Does anyone know if the tension on the underside is pulling like and eyelash does it mean the top tension is to tight or to loose

the rule of thumb is if you have a problem on the back, it's the top tension. If the problem shows on the top of the fabric, it probably is the bobbin. If you are getting eyelashes on the back, try tightening your upper tension, after you have rethreaded. Also, make sure your presser foot is down.

Check the thread path from the spool. Did you go through all the guides? Make a note of where the tension is and then start tightening it.

Thanks I couldn't remember if I tighten the tension or loosen it

Are you piecing or free motion quilting? If you are free motion quilting, you may be moving too fast. Or your bobbin tension is too tight.

It could be that you are speeding if it is only occurring on you curves.
