I like the brown polka dot for the outside but I think a small inside border out of the pink.

I would use the pink on the bottom, maybe an inch then 2-3 inch polka dot to finish.

I like the idea of a narrow (1" finished) pink border than the white polka dot a least 1/3 the width of a block then the brown for the binding.

I agree with maryb here except I like the brown because itreally catches your eye and then the pink binding would bring it all together.
