You certainly have been given lots of opinions. Let us know what you decide! (I like the white one with dots best....but it has to be what feels right for you...)

ditto, I think the other two take away from the quilt, and the ribbon needs to stand out and shout I think.

I would do a small border in pink and then the white polka dot as a wider border.
