Need help please! in finding a small toothed rotary cutting blade
I need help in finding a small toothed rotary cutting blade. The regular Ofla Pinking blade is too wide between the points and the points are too deep. I've made 2 king size quilts, one using Maywood's Shadow Play fabric and the other using Northcott's Stonehenge fabric. Both fabrics unraveled terribly! I would like to find a blade that will cut quilt pieces leaving an edge like the tiny teeth on the Moda Jellyroll strips. Regular Pinking Sheers or the regular pinking rotary cutter blade leave big points. There has to be a blade out there somewhere. I just have not found it. I need your help ladies before I have to do another quilt out of easy to ravel fabric.

I did a quick google and found these at Amazon.com - do not know anything about them however!

I have used BOTH Maywood and Northcott fabric. I didn't notice any unusual unraveling, but I bought both fabrics over a decade ago. Your idea sounds interesting but then how will you keep an accruate ¼" seam allowance??? GOOD LUCK !!!

Your seam allowance measures from the tip of the tooth, just like on the Moda Jellyrolls.
