Does anyone have this machine? I would like to know if I can adjust the pressure on the pressure foot. Can't find a knob or anything in the manual.

Can't help you with that question, but Elna air electronic machines are supposed to be wonderful vintage collectible machines. My mil is going to give me hers one day..... :-D

Don't know about that particular model. I have the 68, the only speed control on it is on the front of the machine.

It is a great machine, mine is designated for my daughter. We have 3 sons and 1 daughter so no problem there.

I think that most machines that allow adjustment of presser foot pressure have it as a knob at the top left of the machine, basically above the rod that raises and lowers the presser foot. If you have this kind of knob, it is usually a screw type which I assume follows the "righty tighty" rule. I have seen this kind of thing on older machines I have fixed up for a local non-profit. Still think it's really strange that my expensive Bernina 1230 does not have an adjustment for presser foot pressure!

No knob on the top or side. I am wondering if it needs to be opened up. My needle was a little off center the last time I had it serviced and they just opened it up and reset it. Will ask next time I go to the shop.
