The teather is about to be "cut" for the balloon sign up. Any one wanting to join in please pm me. Blocks will be due no later than Sept 3, as they are going to be swapped out Sept 4th.

Balloons should be landing this week. I only have 17 from 35 who have signed up. For those of you who have pm's me, we are okay. If you are not going to be sending, please let me know. Some pics that were posted but not here yet, you have had requests for your balloons....I try to honor every request.
