I bet you were the kid that brought home the stray kitties too!

I think the smaller the pieces you cut, the prettier the fabric will get.

I also don't think it's ugly, but I'm a purple person.

I think it would be great for a pinwheel using the purple/blue and pink colors as the opposing blades. I wouldn't use any more yellow because yellow is such a strong color and would over power the quilt. Can't wait to see what you come up with.

I think it would work great as a 1-1 1/2" border for a simple pattern like a 9 patch using either color on color patterns where it would pop them a wider border on the outside of it.

I love the fabric, what a great find. What about a Labyrinth, paired with a solid purple or green? That would look pretty as well.

I don't know if I'd call it ugly - busy, maybe, but not ugly.

I like to cut my ugly fabrics into small pieces. I've had great success with using ugly fabrics in log cabins or pineapple quilts with 1" wide logs. It's time-consuming, but well worth it.

Well when I first saw it, I thought stack-n-wack, I like it and several patterns will do it proud.
Show us what you come up with.
