I like the pink, if you wanted something different, I'd actually go with a deeper pink and less of a hot pink. You could also do yellow. I love black and white next to yellow. My favorite solid pink is kona honeysuckle. It's so pretty, I'm working on something that is pink and navy at the moment.

I love those blocks! I find the pink sashing too prominent. Considering how small the splashes of color are in the blocks, I think picking up any of those colors for sashing might overwhelm the blocks. I would see how it looks with white or black, or a toned-down version of one of the block colors.

the hot pink really makes it pop. it brings out the pink that's in some of the blocks.

Thanks for suggestions. Have made the hot pink sashing more narrow. Here's the light pink and the black. I think I know which I like best, but let me know what you think. Majority wins. Hope this works.
That's all the colors I had on hand; that's why I only showed the three. Did try white and I didn't like it at all; a little washed out and the light pink is too. Soooooo.

I like the tonied-down option you posted as the follow up! That said- the black looks real nice, too!

I'll be the odd ball out, I'd use red.

I vote for narrower pink strips too. I love the pink.

I was thinking the purple, too. I like the pink as a color but I think it overwhelms the cute blocks and detracts from them

I love that bright pink, but it is the first thing you see when you see these blocks. However, narrower would be perfect! They are really cute blocks!

I like the narrower bright pink for the sashing. The light pink looks too washed out and the black is too dark. At first I thought black would be good, but when I see it, I don't like it. The narrow bright pink doesn't detract from the cute pictures. I like it best.
