Default Question about Pfaff Creative 4.5

It's early and I'm stuck on a project! I've stipples my project and want to get back to regular stitching and can't figure it out and don't find it in the manual. Can you help? This machine is still very new to me and this was my first attempt at stippling on it.

I don't have your machine, but when I can't figure out how to get to the 'standard' settings, i just turn it off and back on. hope that works on yours

Sometimes, there's a "C" touch on the keypad. It sort of cancels whatever mode you're in.

I'm with QuiltnNan. Reboot. (aka turn it off and turn it back on) I have a Pfaff 5.0 which I just love, but I also have had problems returning to regular stitching, and I really hate that snooty little BE-BEEP. It's like she's saying "Na na na na na fooled you again!!"

I have the 4.2 and had the same problem. I think I figured it out and now if I can explain it , I'll try. When you press the tools (icon) button and then choose say free motion spring foot by pressing OK in the circle area the little box by your choice is blackened. Now when you want to change that setting press the OK button again and it is no longer blackened. This should take you back to the default straight stitch, if I didn't leave anything out I could not find that in the manual either. The manual leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion. I accidentally found this after much frustration. If you have any questions I would be happy to try to help just PM me. Good luck.

Unfortunately, turning the machine off on does not work for this machine. It is very happy to tell you that you are still set for free motion!
