I like the yellow -- makes the eyes go to the center while the circles draw the eyes to that border

It definitely needs green in the border. Like the circles, hm - I think I have some of that fabric.

I like the yellow best. The circles take away from the cute froggy pattern.

I think it would look better with the yellow between the blue and the circles, so that it is like a second border strip before the wider circle border.
