clip into the seam line; stitch to the (turn) clip; stop with needle down hold onto the binding and pivot turning and smoothing your binding around (into-outof) your concave angle. stitch slow and smooth.

(Sort of the reverse of doing a usual corner?)
Or are these questions about as clear as thick mud?

i havent' really had a problem with extra fabric (it kind of looks mitered, if it's sharp) but otherwise you can smooth it around the curve. just remember you have to use bias binding for it to 'bend' without wrinkles. :)
