Sorry, I just have to write out that date one last time before the day is over with. My DD's friend got married today....she had totally planned it just for the date. Guess her husband will never forget his anniversary!
I am working on a couple of quilts for my guild's quilt show next week. One was giving me a whole lot of trouble. It is an art quilt....made to look like a small patch of dandilions. I finally finished it, but my husband said he just didn't see the dandilion patch as he felt the fabric made the whole thing too busy. I'm entering it anyway. I like it. I will post a picture when my camera is repaired.

I can't wait to see the quilt. It sounds pretty. Happy 10/10/10 to you.

What is now 10/11/10 to you is still 10/10/10 to me (I had to write it again, too - I wrote some checks today, just because of that). I used to work for Kodak, and my son went to SUNY Geneseo and worked in Rochester, as well. I was invited to an "online" wedding today from Las Vegas - guess it's cheaper that way. And I agree - it should be a no brainer for DH's to remember their anniversaries. Goodbye from a former upstate New Yorker.

We went to a wedding yesterday, 10/10/10 but not at 10:00 a.m. at 2:00. It was outside on the edge of a lovely Maine lake. We all had such a nice time.

I saw on the news that 10-10-10 only comes around every 800 years...

My niece was married yesterday - 10-10-10. She got a discount from the banquet hall because it was a Sunday. All was beautiful.

A baby was born in Cleveland yesterday on 10-10-10 at 10:10 a.m. The parents said 10 would always be his lucky number.

You mean they didn't name him "10"?
